Our goal is to explore singing and the mechanics of music making for children in our community. Through games and activities, we will cover basics of music literacy and performance including learning the music staff, rhythm, following choral scores, and vocal technique for unchanged treble voices. This camp is designed to help children who have an interest in singing in a children’s choir but need more musical skills to take the first step!
- Monday, June 13 – Friday, June 17 | 9:00am-Noon
- First United Presbyterian Church, 1303 Royal Heights Rd, Belleville
Final Performance (part of No-Name Chorale’s adult choir summer concert)
- Sunday, June 19 | 2:30pm
- Cathedral of Saint Peter, 200 W. Harrison St, Belleville
In keeping with our mission to make choral music accessible to everyone, there is no cost to attend. Donations will be accepted at the final performance/concert to help sustain No-Name Chorale and further our work in the community.
Incoming 3rd grade to incoming 6th grade; students interested in choral experiences and eager to learn.
