Project Description
Our goal is to explore singing and the mechanics of music making for children in our community. Through games and activities, we will cover basics of music literacy and performance including learning the music staff, rhythm, following choral scores, and vocal technique for young voices. This project is designed for students who have an interest in singing in a choir and would like to try it out in this short project!

Cost
In keeping with our mission to make choral music accessible to everyone, there is no cost to attend. This project will include a t-shirt for each camper and snacks at all rehearsals.
Requirements
Incoming 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade (NNC Kid’s Choir);
Incoming 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th grade (NNC Jr. All-Stars);
Incoming 9th-12th and 2025 graduates (NNC High School All-Stars);
with interest in choral experiences and eager to learn.
